A dream came true
Couple from The Netherlands got married on remote beach at Kissebuku
Their biggest dream came true.... During a cruise, booked at the Dutch travel company SWS Sailing, Monique Berckvens from Belgium and Diek Roessingh from The Netherlands got married in the remote bay of Kissebuku (near Bodrum, the Saint Tropez of Turkey). Captain Nedim Danaci from Bodrum married them in a nice blessing ceremony on Monday the 8th of July. This date was special for the groom, because it was the birthday of his deceased mother. Like this, even her spirit was present on this extra ordinary wedding day in Turkey.
Monique and Diek brought their six children, other family members and their best friends to Turkey to enjoy an unforgettable yachting holiday and so unique wedding. They were together with a group of 28 people and chartered two wooden yachts of SWS Sailing to cruise along the finest Turkish coast in Gokova Korfezi for a whole week. They stayed on ketch Sila (the popular Bodrum winner) and this year first back from the shipyard the gulet Borina (formerly belonged to the Tussock fleet).
The owners of SWS Sailing from Holland (Nathalie D'Alessandro and Michael van Kolfschooten) travelled to Turkey to personally take care of the organisation of the wedding party. Mustafa Danaci the Turkish owner of SWS Sailing in Bodrum, captains and crewmembers were proud and happy to be part of this special wedding and blue cruise.
Saibe Keceli again did a superb styling of this wedding. She is famous on the peninsula of Bodrum for taking care of the organisation of high society parties and the best weddings you have ever experienced. Her company called Nature Flowers & Weddings, is internationally well known and established in the centre of Bodrum and Yalikavak as well. She is travelling regularly to the Netherlands to get the best quality flowers to Turkey.
